Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mix. The rooms had a terrible odor, were small, and too hot, but on the upside, my room was larger than other rooms I've stayed in at the same hotel. The service, luckily, solved the situation quickly and gently for us and they happily lent me an umbrella. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown DC, Georgetown, and many key places of interest. Although the dining experience was okay, the service could have been better considering the price I paid for the meal. One major downside was that it felt like a work zone due to some ongoing construction.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The room was initially missing a hairdryer and took a while to address. The air conditioning was not effective despite adjustments, and the room size was smaller than expected despite opting for upgrades. On the bright side, the service was a mix of repeated errors and some efficiency, with a pleasant attitude from the staff. The location was ideal for exploring the city mainly on foot or bike but a bit far from metro stations. Dining options were okay, with room service available. Facilities were standard.
I was excited about staying at the hotel due to its convenient location, but my experience had its ups and downs. The rooms were of good size and had a comfortable bed with a reliable heating system, although the AC/heat suddenly got very loud in the middle of the night. However, the room felt cramped and outdated for what I expected from a premium king room.
My stay at the hotel was a blend of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable but felt a bit cramped due to the excessive furniture. While the atmosphere was quiet, the room's configuration of two small rooms with concrete floors and rugs was a bit odd.
The hotel has a decent location with an upscale feel, close to bus and rail stations and walkable to Georgetown. The rooms were fantastic, although a little snug for four people. The service was very friendly and helpful, with some minor setbacks initially but improved later. The dining was good but slightly expensive compared to nearby options. The facilities were well-equipped. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and good proximity to various amenities.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were clean and spacious, the location was convenient for exploring the neighborhood. However, the service left much to be desired with somewhat rude staff members. The dining options were limited, but the Moroccan pancakes were a nice touch.
The hotel was big and very comfy, decorated nicely enough like the pictures. The service was very friendly and helpful overall, but a bit rude and unhelpful with some staff members. The location was perfect for walking to landmarks and monuments. The dining experience was a bit more expensive than expected, with limited menu options. The facilities were convenient and modern.
I couldn't be happier with my stay! The hotel is stunning and offers wonderful breakfast opportunities both in the hotel and just across the street. The service was exceptional, with super friendly staff, especially Martha who is a superstar. The location made my visit extremely enjoyable, being conveniently close to many landmarks and spots of interest. Dining options were a bit on the expensive side, but there were a couple of excellent breakfast spots right under the hotel that made up for it.
